Shipping & Returns

Processing and dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day from our facility in the United States. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Packaging

Lyophilized materials are stable at ambient temperature during transit and are shipped in protective, opaque packaging. Temperature-sensitive items ship with insulated liners and cold packs at no extra cost.

Transit times

• Domestic standard: 2-3 business days.
• Domestic expedited: 1 business day.
• International: 5-12 business days, subject to customs clearance.

International orders

Import duties, taxes, and customs documentation are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot ship to jurisdictions where these materials are restricted.

Returns

Unopened vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping. Opened or temperature-compromised materials cannot be accepted for quality-control reasons.

Damaged or out-of-specification lots

If a shipment arrives damaged, or a lot tests outside the specification on its certificate of analysis, contact support@seasidepeps.com within 7 days and we will replace or refund the order in full.
