All materials are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only, as described in our Research Use Only Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors before shipment. Orders are confirmed by email.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, including product photography, documentation layouts, and written copy, is owned by Seaside Peps and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Warranty

We warrant that each lot conforms to the specification stated on its certificate of analysis. This is the sole warranty offered; all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
